1. How can I get a dropship account with Loobek?
To get started with our Dropship Program, first register on our website and provide your store details. Submit your application, and we will review it. You will receive your store certification via email within 2-7 business days.
2. Are there other ways to integrate with eBay, WooCommerce, or Shopify stores?
Once you receive your dropship account, we’ll provide you with a CSV file that includes everything you need—such as image links, product descriptions, and stock management details.
3. Is it possible to become a drop-shipper without having a storefront?
Having a store is a prerequisite for becoming a Loobek drop-shipper. We are specifically seeking drop-shippers with extensive experience in the Australian market for the Loobek AU Dropship Program.
4. How can I track my packages?
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
5. I am a Level 1 drop-shipper. How can I receive the discount?
Percentage discount coupons are issued based on your sales level. Once your sales reach the required amount, you will receive an email notification with the coupon code. Simply use this coupon code when placing your order.
6. Can dropshipping discounts be combined with other coupons?
No, dropshipping discounts cannot be combined with other coupons.
7. What are Loobek Dropshipping Points, and how can I use them?
Loobek Dropshipping Points cannot be used to reduce the order amount but can be redeemed for vouchers.
8. Why did my status change from Level 2 back to Level 1?
Level changes are determined based on the effective sales amount, which excludes any refunds. Please check if you recently made a refund, and if the cumulative total after the refund falls below the minimum $1000 required for Level 2. If you believe there is an error, please contact us at cs@loobek.com.au.
9. I have reached the required amount for an upgrade, so why hasn't my level been upgraded yet?
- The order amount is only counted once the goods have been delivered.
- There may be a delay in the system, so please allow some time for the update.
10. I also conduct sales in other countries. Can I register as a drop-shipper for Loobek in other countries after registering in Australia?
Absolutely! We have online stores in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and the US. You can register a dropship account for each country’s site. However, please note that only one valid dropship account can be registered for the same platform and store.
11. My customers have after-sales issues. Can you help resolve them? How can my customers return the goods?

12. How can I check the stock quantity of a product?
We provide product feed files that are automatically updated daily. You can download the latest product list using the feed link. Please ensure that the products in your store are updated regularly. If a product is sold out, it will no longer be available for resale.
13. Why can't I upload the CSV file?
Different stores may have specific format requirements. Please ensure that our product information is organized and uploaded in the format required by your store.
