Description
This product features a deceptive color reminiscent of Pinot characterized by an elevated perfume and sweet aromas of wild raspberries and cherry. The palate is filled with luscious richly textured fresh fruits including cherry and the baked red earth typical of classic soil evoking the essence of spent shotgun cartridges. It is medium-bodied with a pleasant glycerin mouthfeel and hints of fresh thyme. The texture is soft and velvety complemented by very fine and long tannins (50% whole bunch) with a sweet mid-palate showcasing dried red earth raspberry and spice.
