How to use: The patented heating container is designed for easy use ensuring you can have a warm meal whenever you need it.
- Place the lunch box on a flat surface.
- Open the injection cap.
- Pour cold water (about half a paper cup 60-80cc) and close the inlet cap.
- After about 7 minutes open the lid to mix the contents and it will start warming up.
- Your meal will be ready in 5 minutes! It keeps the food warm while you eat.

- Dispose of the contents separately after the meal.
