How it Works
Nasal strips consist of flexible spring-like bands that fit just above the flare of the nostrils. The adhesive underside ensures they stay in place once applied. As the bands try to return to their original shape they lift the sides of the nose opening the nasal passages.
This lifting action helps to open inflamed sinus passages making it easier to breathe. They are also popular among athletes for both men and women. In addition to daytime benefits they are particularly effective in reducing snoring.
