Please Note: Due to the UV light sanitizing action combined with wet towels some unpleasant odors may occur during the sanitizing process. The machine should be operated for a maximum of 8 hours per day and towels should only be left inside for a maximum of 2 hours. Ensure towels are present while the machine is on as operating without towels may damage the unit. Extended use may lead to discoloration and stiffness of towels.
Important Care Instructions:
- Before first use clean the towel warmer with a slightly wet towel to remove protective iron powder.
- Daily cleaning is required after each use.
- Failure to follow care instructions may lead to rust or buildup for which liability is not assumed.
- If rust appears use mild rust cleaners or natural options to gently wipe it away.
