- Heating Cycle: When the temperature reaches 60±10 degrees Celsius (approximately 15 minutes) the machine will stop heating until it cools down to 50±10 degrees Celsius (approximately 15 minutes). It will then resume heating until it reaches 60±10 degrees Celsius again (approximately 20 minutes).

Note: Due to the UV light sanitizing action combined with wet towels or tools some unpleasant odors may occur during the sanitizing process. The machine should be operated for a maximum of 8 hours per day and towels should only be left inside for a maximum of 2 hours. Ensure that towels are present in the warmer while it is switched on as operating without towels may damage the unit. Extended periods of operation may lead to discoloration and stiffness of towels.
Important Care Instructions:
- Before first use clean the towel warmer with a slightly wet towel to remove any protective iron powder.
- Daily maintenance: Clean and wipe the machine at the end of each day after use.
- Failure to follow these instructions may lead to rust buildup or other issues for which we will not be liable.
- If rust appears use soft or mild rust cleaners or natural options to gently remove it.
- Keep the unit in a well-ventilated area.
