Profile: This is a genuine lightly oxidized white tea. The finest leaves are harvested during the spring season specifically from late March to early April. This variety is the most expensive among white teas as only the tips of the tea leaves are used for production.
Taste: It has a light almond flavor with a well-balanced sweetness.
Brewing Suggestions:
- 10 grams of tea leaves
- 70-degree water
- Steeping time: 10 seconds
- Re-infuse up to 6 times
Storage Recommendation: After each use reseal the bag or tin tightly. It is best to store this tea in a cool dry place avoiding the kitchen to prevent absorption of odors.
